Besides 5 year in Textile industry, Sanjay has over two decades of prior work experience with 10-years in FMCG and 10-years in Telecom. He has worked with HUL, Nokia and Reliance in diverse functional and business leadership capacities across all the organizations, in India, Asia-Pacific and Globally. He has led some of of the top Indian and Global brands – Vim, Cif, Domestos, Surf, Rin, Sunlight, Nokia, and Reliance amongst others. Sanjay brings with him a wealth of business and brand leadership experience ranging across consumer goods to serve industry – project set–up, operation scale–up and managing large established brands and businesses. Through his career he has led teams of diverse skill sets, experience, scale, structures, locations, cultures and nationalities. His strong consumer focus, executional excellence, innovative marketing models and entrepreneurial drive have ensured sustainable, profitable and exponential business growth in all his assignments. Apart from numerous industry awards in India and globally, he also has 3 Global IPR’s in Brand & Marketing operations.

Sanjay graduated from IIT BHU (Varanasi) and is an MBA from Sydenham Institute of Management, Mumbai. He is also an avid enthusiast of technology and gadgets, a die-hard cricket aficionado and enjoys painting in his leisure time.

Mr Sanjiv Mehta is the Chairman & Managing Director of Hindustan Unilever Limited. He also leads Unilever’s South Asia business as President, Unilever, South Asia and is a member of the Unilever Leadership Executive.

Sanjiv Mehta is the Chairman and Managing Director of HUL since 30th June, 2018. He has been leading Unilever’s business in India and South Asia since October 2013 as CEO and Managing Director, HUL and Executive Vice President, Unilever, South Asia. Sanjiv was appointed as President, Unilever, South Asia and member of the Unilever Leadership Executive, effective May 2019.

Sanjiv has been with Unilever for 26 years and during the last 17 years has led businesses in different parts of the world. He has been the Chairman and Managing Director of Unilever Bangladesh Limited (2002-06), Chairman and CEO of Unilever Philippines Inc. (2007-08) and Chairman of Unilever - North Africa & Middle East (2008 – September 2013).

Sanjiv chairs the FMCG Committee of FICCI as well as the national committee on MNCs of CII. Sanjiv also chairs Xynteo's 'India 2022', a purpose-driven business coalition of top Indian and MNC companies formed with an intention to solve some of the intractable environmental and social issues, and is working to create a new model of growth.

He co-chairs the Advisory Network to the High Level Panel for a Sustainable Ocean Economy. Sanjiv is a member of the India Advisory Board of Harvard Business School and is a Director on the Board of The Indian School of Business. He is also a member of the Board of Directors of Breach Candy Hospital Trust, Mumbai.

Sanjiv is a Chartered Accountant from The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. He has also completed the Advanced Management Program at Harvard Business School.

Rajesh Padmanabhan is with Welspun Group - a three and half billion dollar business conglomerate having presence in pipes, plates, coils, steel, infrastructure energy and home textiles sector— as Director and Group CHRO. He is a member of the Group Council.

Rajesh, who has post graduated in HR as well as finance, from Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies, started his career with the ICICI group, handling systems on mainframes, and went on to become a corporate banker for wholesale banking.

In 1997, he took the big plunge into HR and managed HR start-ups within the group. In 1999, he was elevated as vice president-HR, at ICICI Infotech, where he drove the convergence of business and HR.

Between 2010 and 2014, he worked with Capgemini, as Group Corporate Vice President & CHRO. He was responsible for scaling up size in India and ramped upto over 54000 people by end of 2014. He drove considerable people synergies across businesses and established new centres of expertise and global shared services out of India. He won the prestigious UN Award for building diversity and inclusive practice in Capgemini.

In Vedanta Resources, he created the platform for enabling businesses with cost-effective strategies and effective global leadership. He ensured growth of the people with a clear vision, capability development and high engagement levels across the group.

At Welspun, he focusses on culture building across the group, leadership effectiveness and help create people processes and excellence. He is building up people excellence through centres of expertise and business embedded HR and is keen driver of digital and innovation practices to create new age HR function.

Paul Chapman joined Deutsche Bank in October 2016 as the Global Head of Client Data Services (CDS) based in London. CDS plays an integral part in the firm’s first line of defense against financial crime by defining and sustaining Client Record Data for CIB. This covers the KYC Life Cycle, Client & Book Reference Data, and Tax & Regulatory Requirements (incl. MiFID).
Prior to this, Paul spent 14 years at Goldman Sachs and 9 years at Barclays where his last position was Chief Controls Officer for their investment bank. He has lived all over the world, including Malta, the US, Australia, New Zealand, Hong Kong and Russia.
Paul started his career as an AIDS researcher following completion of his degree in Immunology. He also holds an MBA from Warwick University.
He has 3 children (2 girls and 1 boy) and enjoys watching them play Cricket and Hockey at the weekend. He also has a black Labrador called Poppy.

Pri or to her role in Pepsi, she worked with InBev and Godrej. Shalini did her bachelors in engineering from IIT, Madras, Personnel management from XLRI and MBA from INSEAD. She is married and has one ten year old son. Shalini is a keen champion of women’s rights. She has been working in the area of women’s empowerment and prevention of female feticide for last 20 years.

Avijit joined The Tata Group in 1996 as a TAS Officer in Tata Administrative Services and has worked on various assignments in the areas of automotive and financial services.
Currently Avijit is the Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) at Tata Capital. As CHRO, Avijit oversees all aspects of People Management, Infrastructure & Administration, Safety and Corporate Social Responsibility.
Avijit was the founding CEO of Tata Cleantech Capital Limited (TCCL), a joint venture between Tata Capital Limited and The International Finance Corporation, Washington from 2012-2015. TCCL is a specialized lender for Renewable Energy Projects, Water Management Projects and Energy Efficiency Projects. Prior to TCCL, he was the founding CEO of Tata Securities Limited (TSL) from 2007 to 2012. The primary businesses of TSL are Equity Broking, Investment Banking and Distribution. Both TCCL and TSL are subsidiaries of Tata Capital Ltd. of which Avijit was one of the founding members.
Prior to Tata Capital, Avijit worked with Tata Motors Ltd, the leading automobile manufacturer of India, from 2003 to 2007 in the Passenger Car Business and Corporate Finance. From 2003-2005, he was Head - Systems & Process and Business Excellence for the Passenger Car Business (PCBU) and Engineering Research Center (ERC) and was a member of the office of the Executive Director - PCBU & ERC. Thereafter Avijit moved to the office of Executive Director - Finance & Corporate Affairs as DGM - Corporate Affairs looking after Mergers and Acquisitions and Subsidiary Relationships.
As a TAS Officer, Avijit was involved in various assignments like the Launch of the Tata Indica, setting up of an online equity trading portal and retail broking business for Tata TD Waterhouse Securities and setting up of Concorde Motors, a captive car dealership chain.
