where he completed his MA in Economics. Mr. Narayanan has also participated in the Nestlé Leadership

Over the course of 15 years, Mr. Sreenivasan served through leadership roles in the Human Resources function at Colgate-Palmolive Company’s divisions and subsidiaries in India, Turkey, Central Asia & Caucasus, North Africa/Middle East Region, as well as at the Asia Pacific Division HeadQuarters in Hong Kong. Prior to assuming his current role, Mr. Sreenivasan was Human Resources Director, Asia-Pacific Supply Chain, where he and his team partnered closely with business leaders to strengthen organizational capabilities and drive transformation towards an agile and empowered culture across the region.
Akhilesh is Partner, Global Cyber Security Leader, National Alliances and TMT Industry Leader, Head Clients & Markets for KPMG in India.
Akhilesh is passionate about developments in the area of information technology and how these can help businesses drive smart processes and effective outcomes. He has advised over 200 clients on matters relating to cyber security, IT strategy, selection of technologies and helped them realise the business benefits of technology. He possesses good knowledge of behaviour psychology and is enthusiastic about addressing the issues of IT risks in a holistic manner, especially through application of user behaviour analytics.
Akhilesh has played an instrumental role in the industry, and is widely recognised for his strong blend of business and technical skills. Due to his positioning as an independent expert, he has been a member of jury for a number of awards over the last few years. Akhilesh is a frequent contributor to business and technology publications. He is a notable speaker on cyber security and its implication on enterprise businesses.

Vikram is a seasoned Human Resources professional with over three decades of experience across a range of diverse businesses, geographies, and cultures. Prior to joining the Adani Group, Vikram donned many transformative leadership roles across global brands such as HSBC India, American International Group, Inchcape Plc, Dubai, and ANZ Grindlays Bank, among others.
Vikram holds a master’s degree in Human Resources from XLRI Jamshedpur and has certifications in Leading Change, Management & Innovation from the Harvard Business School. Vikram was the past President of the National HRD Network, Mumbai Chapter and has been a recipient of the GNOSIS Excellence award from XLRI.
Manu Narang Wadhwa A human resource management specialist, Manu joined Sony Pictures Networks India in 2019 to drive the people strategy for the network. In her current role, she is responsible to create a compelling employee experience while establishing leadership and promoting best talent practices. With a career spanning over two decades, across various industries and countries, she has piloted the workplace and people agenda for dynamic global organizations like American Express & General Electric, in roles as Head HR, Talent & Development, M&A, HR Transformation, Change & Digital Innovation. Prior to joining SPN in 2019, Manu was associated with Coca-Cola, as the Head of Human Resources - India and South West Asia. She is a member of the Confederation of Indian Industry (CII) – National Leadership & HR Committee, Society for Human Resources Management (SHRM) – Asia Pacific Advisory Board, Chandigarh University Corporate Advisory Board and Jombay Advisory Board. Manu holds a PGDBA in Human Resources from Symbiosis Centre for Management and Human Resource Development, Pune and a Bachelors in Economics from the University of Rajasthan.
